Associate Professor Dr. Norzaidi Haji Mohd Daud is currently Director, Community of Research (Management Science), and attached to Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. Presently, he is a Resource Person of Information Technology Management (Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)) and Management Information Systems for Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. Besides, he was Chairperson for Publication and Research Committee, Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School. He has been invited to teach Research Methodology for Master of Business Administration at Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Moreover, his books such as Intranet and Electronic Data Interchange in Maritime Industry is a primary reference book for MBA and DBA classes. This book is subscribed by Congress Library, MIT Library, University of Berkeley, California, Ohio University, Yale University, National Australia Library, Singapore Library etc. In the class lesson, he has introduced practical-industrial visits to Northport Ltd, Department of Customs, Road Transport Department, Malaysia, Pharmaniaga Ltd., etc.

He is an active speaker to various programs such developing a conceptual framework, research methodology, competing in invention and innovation and writing articles in impact factor journals for postgraduate students and lecturers. Most of these programs organized by Institute of Graduate Studies and Faculties.

He had serviced as visiting Professor at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, 2011. He received his doctorate degree in Management specializing in Human Technology Interaction from Multimedia University under the University Teknologi MARA Graduate Scholarship. He has published 7 books on Management Information Systems, Research Methodology, Innovation, Portfolio Management, Waqaf Management and over 100 articles on Management Information Systems, Education Management, Economics, Finance and Management in ISI Reuters, SCOPUS journal outlets and conference proceedings.

Moreover, his research works had won 2 international best paper awards, and more than 70 innovation awards. Thus, the university, he is currently affiliated to, the Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia has awarded him the Leading Researcher by Example (2007), Best Speaker Award (2013), and Best Advisor of Society/Club (2001).

He serves as an Editor in Chief and founder of the Business and Management Quarterly Review, International Journal of Undergraduates Studies, International Journal of Applied Business Research and International Journal of Transport and Logistics.
