Associate Professor Dr Norzaidi Mohd Daud is currently Director, Communities of Research (Management Science), and attached with Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. He had serviced as visiting Professor at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, 2011-2012. He received his doctorate degree in Management specializing in Human Technology Interaction from Multimedia University under the University Teknologi MARA Graduate Scholarship. He has published 7 books on Management Information Systems, Research Methodology, Innovation, Portfolio Management, Waqaf Management and over 100 articles on Management Informations Systems, Education Management, Economics, Finance and Management in ISI Reuters, SCOPUS journal outlets and conference proceedings. Moreover, his research works had won 2 international best paper awards, and 80 innovation awards. As a result, the university he is currently affliated to, the Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia has awarded him the Leading Researcher by Example (2007), Best Speaker Award (2014), and Best Advisor of Society/Club (2001). He serves as an Associate Editor in Chief of the Business and Management Quarterly Review as well as on the editorial board of Aslib Proc., Global Business and Management Research, Interdiciplinary Journal of Information, Knowledge and Management, World Review of Intermodal Transportation Research, Journal of Information, Information Technology and Organizations, Scientific Journal International, International Journal of Distance Education Technologies, International Academy of Business and Economics, Information Science and Information Technology Education Joint Conference 2009, International Online Conference on Business and Management 2009, Journal of Administrative Sciences, Jurnal Gading, Information Technology Journal, International Journal of Scientific Research in Education, Journal of Global Business Administration, Academy of Asian Management Journal, International Journal of Modelling Operations Management, International Journal of Business and Systems Research, African Journal of Business Management, Journal of Peace, Gender and Development Studies and Educational Research.

Ohio University, Cornell University, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Universiti Darul Iman, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Monash University Malaysia, International Islamic University, and Selangor International University College Malaysia. In 2010, his Ph.D work has presented at the Global Conference for Academic Disciplines at Harvard University, MA, USA.

He is also active in invention and innovation activities such as Chief Jury for Prime Minister Department Innovation Competition, Chief Jury for KIK Prime Minister Department, Chief Jury for Ministry of Home Affairs Innovation Competition, Jury for Inclusive Innovation Competition, Ministry of Science and Innovation, Chief Jury for International Syariah Compliance Invention, Innovation and Design Competition, Jury for ITEX, Jury of Business Invention, Innovation and Design.

He had served as PhD external examiner (PhD in Management/Mathematics/Technology/Business) for Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia, Annamalai University, India, Universiti Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Putra Business School, Universiti Utara Malaysia, and Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka.
